To win a client and retain him or her becomes an increasingly difficult challenge for the companies, compared to recent years. Companies are opening up to new sales “driving” solutions. Thus, the loyalty programs become increasingly popular, as they are highly effective and the interest in them is still growing. 65% of the companies run sales-supporting programs, while 5% of the respondents plan to introduce them this year. * The companies reach for sales-supporting programs as they observe a rapid and realistic return on investment. Loyalty programs help to optimise the company costs, as well as maintain high motivation of the participants – however, they must be run correctly and should be based on attractive and simple rewards.
